I use a stylus quite a bit for school and for the last two months or so, the bottom 1' of the screen would not respond well to touch or stylus input. Additionally, it would randomly spaz out at times and register a touch input where the start menu is which restricts me from being able to even use the touchpad to navigate the screen
Replaced screen with brand new LCD, but not the ribbon (not sure if it affects touch: https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=item&id=25704)
All drivers are up to date.
Really annoying me because the laptop is very nice, and it DID work at one point.
Any ideas?

An awesome student from our education program made this wiki. It is not managed by iFixit staff.
This troubleshooting page will help you diagnose problems with the Dell Latitude 7350.
- No WiFi After Waking From Sleep Mode
- Battery Not Charging When Plugged In
- Touch Screen Does Not Work
- Touchpad Not Working
- Bluetooth Devices Not Syncing
The WiFi does not work.
If the wireless card does not function after returning from standby, reboot the device. In other words, the internet connection was lost after 'sleep' mode. To do this, press Win + X to bring up the Device Manager, locate the Network adapter and select Properties, then Power Management. Uncheck the box to “Allow this device to wake the computer” and check the box “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.” Click on OK / Reboot and check the issue. Check your WiFi connection. If the WiFi still does not work, replace the wireless card.
The computer stops responding or performance becomes poor after connecting to the Internet. To test for a slow internet connection:
In the search box in the bottom right of your desktop screen type troubleshoot -->Touch or click Troubleshooting (System Settings)-->Touch or click Internet Connections-->Touch or click Run the Troubleshooter-->follow the prompts-->Turn Off and Then Turn on All the Devices on the Network.
In safe mode with networking you may check if your laptop will not connect to a wireless connection automatically after sleep mode by following the below steps:
Restart the computer, keep pressing F8 while on the Dell Logo Screen. Then once the computer enters Advanced Boot Option, select Safe Mode with Networking, and press enter in order to check if the computer is able to go online wirelessly in safe mode with networking. If you are able to go online using the wireless network in safe mode with networking you may now reboot the computer.
The battery is not recharging.
Ensure the power adapter is plugged in and the charge light is on. If the light is on and the adapter is plugged in, the battery may be faulty. Consider purchasing a replacement battery.
If laptop system works fine in the past, your battery is too low. Therefore, the easy way to test this is to run a diagnostic on your adaptor.
Restart the PC-->when the Dell logo appears, tap F2 key until the message Entering Setup appears, then verify the AC Adapter Type in the BIOS options.
If AC Adapter Type is None, ensure to connect the AC adapter to the PC.
If AC Adapter Type is Unknown, reference Bad Battery section above.
Check the USB cable for damage and dirt, especially at the ends. Then, try using the wall charger, as this will provide greater power input than the computer/USB
Touch screen does not respond to touch.
Before touching the screen, make sure that your hands are clean and dry. If you have a case or screen protector on your device, remove it. Clean the touch screen with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. If the touch screen still does not work, consider replacing in it.
If replacing the front panel does not restore touchscreen input, the motherboard must be replaced.
If you are having issues with your Touchscreen, the computer may need to be calibrated. To calibrate your Touchscreen:
Press and hold the Windows + q key-->In the search box, type calibrate--> Click calibrate the screen for pen or touch input--> Click the calibrate button--> Click yes to save the calibration data--> Click OK.
Touchpad does not respond to touch.
If your touchpad does not respond, you may have clicked on some wrong button by mistake. Therefore, click on start--> control panel-->mouse-->click on the touchpad and check if the touchpad is enabled. If you do not have a mouse, consider replacing the touchpad.
If replacing the front panel does not restore touchpad input, the motherboard must be replaced.
Your Bluetooth device is not connecting with your laptop.
Check your laptop to make sure the Bluetooth is turned on. If Bluetooth is turned on and not connecting, turn on system, tap the < F2 > key at the Dell logo to enter the system BIOS --> select Wireless from the left menu -->then Wireless Switch -->Set the Wireless Switch settings to not turn off Bluetooth --> press the ' Apply ' button --->exit from BIOS, perform a full shutdown from Windows for changes to take effect. If this does not work, consider replacing the Bluetooth connector on your laptop.
Wireless devices with Bluetooth radios must be “paired” with each other before they can communicate. Wireless devices with Bluetooth radios must be in the lower-right corner of the computer screen, and compare the status to Table. Be aware the Bluetooth icon may be hidden. Click the Show hidden icons arrow to show any hidden icons. If this process does not work, try restarting your laptop or holding down the power button for five or six seconds. If it still does not work, consider replacing the Bluetooth connector on your laptop. Dark souls 3.
